This agreement outlines the responsibilities, risks, and rules involved in participating in the copy trading services provided by Valt Portfolio. By enabling copy trading, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Consent to Copy Trades
  • By participating, you authorize Valt Portfolio to automatically execute trades on your account based on selected signal providers’ strategies.
  • You retain full control to enable, pause, or stop copy trading at any time through your dashboard.
  • Valt Portfolio does not modify or interfere with signal provider trades unless required by law or risk control policies.
• No Guarantee of Performance
  • Past performance of a trader or strategy is not indicative of future returns.
  • Valt Portfolio makes no promise of profitability or capital preservation when using copy trading services.
  • You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any trader or strategy before copying.
• Risk Disclosure & Liability
  • All trading involves significant risk of loss. You may lose all or part of your capital.
  • Valt Portfolio is not liable for financial losses incurred through copy trading activity.
  • Valt Portfolio may implement risk control measures such as stop-copy thresholds, trade limitations, or execution delays to protect platform integrity.
• Trader & Signal Provider Conduct
  • Traders providing signals must act in good faith and avoid high-risk, manipulative, or abusive strategies.
  • Valt Portfolio reserves the right to suspend or ban traders who violate community rules or expose followers to excessive risk.
  • Traders acknowledge that followers may discontinue copying at any time.
• Fees and Revenue Sharing
  • Valt Portfolio may charge a performance fee, subscription fee, or profit-sharing commission depending on the signal plan chosen.
  • All fees will be disclosed transparently prior to activation and charged automatically.
  • Traders participating in the copy trading program agree to Valt Portfolio’s revenue share model and payout terms.
