Account Registration & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Each account is for individual use only — users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Valt Portfolio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or inactivity.

Copy Trading Risk Disclaimer
- Past performance of signal providers does not guarantee future returns.
- Users acknowledge that copy trading involves market risks and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
- Valt Portfolio is not liable for trading outcomes generated through user-enabled copy trading features.

Use of Brokerage Services
- Valt Portfolio operates as an execution-only broker and does not provide financial advice.
- All trades initiated manually or via automation are executed at the user’s discretion.
- Market access is subject to availability, liquidity, and external exchange conditions.

Platform Fees & Commission
- Valt Portfolio may charge spreads, commissions, or subscription fees for use of premium features.
- All applicable fees will be transparently communicated prior to transaction or plan activation.
- It is the user’s responsibility to review and understand fee structures before engaging with the platform.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
- All legal agreements are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valt Portfolio is registered.
- In the event of disputes, users agree to arbitration or mediation as outlined in the Client Agreement.
- Valt Portfolio complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
